Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Happy, satisfied customers is our number one priority.  Our goal is to provide our customers with good quality merchandise at affordable prices and top notch, personalized customer service.  

We understand that buying anything over the Internet without the benefit of touching, feeling and seeing up close is difficult.  We have delighted customers who receive more than they expected and we have a few customers who may be a little disappointed.   We realize that everyone has different expectations.  We try to make every effort to have happy, satisfied customers.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or it does not fit, you may return the item to us within 14 days from the date of receipt.  Call or email us for a return authorization (RMA) number.   We offer refunds or exchanges for your returned item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in the same, unused condition as they were sent to you in. 

  • Items should be packaged carefully.  If the box you received your purchase in was damaged in shipment to you, a new box should be used. 
  • Items should be protected with packing materials inside the box. 
  • Include a copy of the invoice with your phone number
  • Make sure the returned item is insured for it's full value
  • Email us the Tracking number and Shipper's so we can watch for the returned item

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you when your returned item arrives.  Refunds are issued within 3 business days after the items have been received.   There is a 20% Restocking fee applied against your refund.  If an item is returned to us used or damaged, then cleaning and repair charges may be applied. 

Let us know if you want a Refund or if you would like to exchange the item.  

PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

No warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, is made with the respect to the safety of the products sold.  Buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of said product.

Since we have no control of the merchandise after it leaves our facility, it is very important that the users inspect each item before they use it.  We do not guarantee fit.
